2. Statutory Engineering & Authority Clearances
All architectural drawings, structural engineering computations, fire protection schemes, and mechanical/electrical submissions are prepared and submitted by statutory licensed Engineering Consultants registered with Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), and relevant developer community managements (e.g., Emaar, Nakheel, Dubai Development Authority, Trakhees).
While Bouamrane meticulously coordinates schedules and liaises with consultants to expedite approvals, final statutory permissions, No Objection Certificates (NOCs), and completion certificates remain subject to the regulatory discretion and statutory timelines of the governmental entities of Dubai.
